Hi Bob,
I am very sorry about the issue with the videos. YouTube inexplicably removed our account for "policy violations" even though all we have ever uploaded is these two product installation videos. We are working to get the account reinstated because it was obviously a mistake.

Ordered one foot cushion and one pair of arm rests. Received two foot cushions and no arm rests. One foot cushion was in a bag marked arm rest cushion on its barcode tag. Looks like a simple labeling or packaging mistake. Will return one foot rest in exchange for a set of arm rests upon receipt of a prepaid shipping label (2507 Roseberry Lane, Grayson, GA 30017)
